大下、他:全自動血液凝固測定装置CS-2500におけるファクターオートP-FDP,Dダイマー試薬の基礎的検討およびFDP,Dダイマー測定値逆転現象の解析南予医誌 Vol.19 No. 1 2019-27-Effects of the FDP and D-dimer plasma reagents on CS-2500 automatic blood clot analyzer data and analysis of the D-dimer-reversal phenomenonAbstract Fibrin degradation product (FDP) and D-dimer assays are commonly used for evaluating fibrinolysis. However, the antigen-recognition sites, reactivity, and composition of antibodies (detection reagents) vary among manufacturers, creating differences in measurements and a lack of standardization. Use of the FDP plasma reagent in conjunction with the CS-2500 automatic blood clot analyzer kit, and the basic D-dimer reagent of the Q-May Laboratory Corporation, yielded data that correlated well with those yielded by control reagents; uniformity was apparent among different molecular species. However, when using the control reagents, FDP and D dimer reversal were evident in plasma specimens containing the D fraction.
