南予医誌 Vol.17 No. 1 2016-84-Abstract A coronary artery stula is an anomalous communication between a coronary artery and a cardiac chamber or one of the great vessels. We report three cases of coronary artery stula diagnosed by coronary computed tomography angiography (CTA). All three patients underwent coronary CTA to evaluate coronary artery disease. In case 1, abnormal vessels originated from the right and left coronary arteries, and drained into the pulmonary trunk. In case 2, abnormal vessels originated from the right and left coronary arteries, aortic arch, and left subclavian artery, and drained into the pulmonary trunk. In case 3, abnormal ves-sels originated from the right coronary artery and drained into the pulmonary trunk. Coro-nary CTA is useful for diagnosing coronary artery stulas.(Nan-yo Med J 2016; 17: 78-84.)Three cases of coronary artery fistula diag-nosed by CT coronaryYuma INOUE1), Takaaki IWAMURA1), Takashi TAKEGUCHI2), Akira FUKUI1),Hideaki SHIMIZU3), Kiyotaka OSHIMA3), Akiyoshi OGIMOTO3),1) Department of Radiology2) Department of Diagnostic Radiology3) Department of CardiologyUwajima City HospitalGoten-machi, Uwajima, Ehime 798-8510, Japan
