日下部、他:診断にMRIが有用であった腹痛発症の腎腫瘍内出血の一例南予医誌 Vol.17 No. 1 2016-57-Abstract A 63-year-old man presented to the emergency department with sudden-onset right ank pain that woke him early in the morning. Computed tomography showed multiple renal cysts and masses and multiple gallstones. He had slightly elevated biliary enzymes. Biliary colic was initially considered as the cause of the pain. However, an intratumoral hemor-rhage in renal cancer was the nal diagnosis, as shown clearly on magnetic resonance imag-ing. Renal cancer is typically asymptomatic, and is only rarely discovered following rupture. Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography performed for possible biliary colic helped to diagnose the hemorrhage, and was deemed to be an effective measure because the pa-tient had a history of asthma and renal dysfunction.(Nan-yo Med J 2016; 17: 53-57.)A case of intratumoral hemorrhage of renal cancer effectively diagnosed by MRIKosuke KUSAKABE1), Takashi TAKEGUCH2), Takaaki IWAMURA3)Yuuma INOUE3), Akira FUKUI3)1) Postgraduate Cinical Training Center2) Department of Diagnostic Radiology3) Department of RadiologyUwajima City HospitalGoten-machi, Uwajima, Ehime 798-8510, JapanKR, et al.: Spontaneous perinephri-cand subcapsular renal hemorrhage: evaluation with CT, US, and angiog-raphy.
