岡、他：ロボット支援腹腔鏡下前立腺全摘術：当院での初期例南予医誌　Vol.16　No. １　2015－23－Abstract　We analyzed the outcomes of the first 30 cases of robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy. Console time decreased gradually and became more stable after the rst 15 cases. Hemorrhage volume, including that of urine, stabilized after 12 cases. The rst 15 cases received 400 mL autologous blood transfusions but no preoperative autologous blood donations were provided to the last 15 cases. The overall positive surgical margin was 23.3% but only 4.8% in pT2 stage cases.
