川口、他:一次救命処置講習会の受講記録分析南予医誌 Vol.15 No. 1 2014-49-Abstract After holding ten in-hospital classes for basic life support (BLS) from 2008 through 2012, we analyzed the cumulative recording of the attendance rate of the courses. The total number of students who attended the classes was 327 of whom 293 were staff members of our hospital. As of March 1, 2013, the number of staff members who have participated in courses for BLS was 214 (73.9%) among all the 292 co-medicals. The cumulative number of our hospital staff members who participated in any CPR classes exceeded the number of current hospital staff, and more than 70% of our staff have participated in one or more CPR classes. Bystander-CPR can be started in any part of our hospital. The cumulative recording of the attendance rate of our classes is also helpful to encourage our staff to participate in CPR courses.(Nan-yo Med J 2014; 15: 42-49.)An analysis of a cumulative record of in-hospi-tal classes for basic life supportKumi KAWAGUCHI1)2), Genro OCHI1), Rie MIYATANI1)2), Yoshitaka SHIMIZU2), Yukie KIKUCHI2), Koichi SAKAMOTO 1)and Tsuneharu OSAKABE3) Emergency Department1) and Nursing Department2)of Yawatahama City General Hospital, and Yawatahama Fire Department3)
