南予医誌 Vol.13 No. 1 2012-34-Abstract Patients with advanced head and neck cancer sometimes suffer from skin-infiltration symptoms, such as bleeding, infection, and malodor. Mohs’ Paste, originally developed to treat skin cancer, was applied in two cases of head and neck cancer with locally advanced skin lesions. The tumor surface where the paste was used healed, stopped bleeding, and the malodor decreased. Mohs’ Paste was effective for improving their quality of life.
